Does the customer have to pick the inflatable up or is it delivered and set-up by you?
Our insurance requires that we set-up all of our inflatables. Delivery is included in your rental price unless you are outside of our normal area. Otherwise a fee will be charged based on mileage outside of our normal area. This fee will be disclosed before your reservation is complete.
Can I pay extra to keep the unit overnight?
Possibly ... it depends on a few factors such as security of the unit, whether or not your specific unit can be left overnight and re-inflated safely, etc. We realize that some companies do not hesitate to leave units for several days. However, we strive to make sure that our units are the cleanest and most well cared for on the Gulf Coast. Leaving them outside for long periods of time without thorough cleaning and sanitizing makes the units prone to constant odors, mildew, mold, and grime.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a $50 deposit to reserve an inflatable for your event. We usually take this by credit card over the phone and it is applied to your balance. For example, if you rent a bounce house for $100 plus tax, your total will be $107.50. The $50 deposit is taken off the total when you reserve it. You will owe $57.50 when we deliver.
Is my deposit refundable?
Unfortunately, we do not refund deposits because we reserved the inflatable for you. However, if there is a need to reschedule your event we will apply your deposit to the rescheduled date.
What is your rain policy?
You can reschedule your event and your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We are licensed and insured!
What do I need to provide for the inflatable to be set up?
The only thing you need to provide is a standard electrical outlet and a water spigot if using a water unit. We ask that nothing else be plugged in on the same electrical circuit as our inflatable blower because of possible power surge. We also require a somewhat level surface for the units to operate properly. Grassy areas are the safest surface but we can set up on other areas if needed. We just need to know ahead of time so that we can bring the appropriate materials to anchor the inflatable down.
How long do I get to keep the inflatable?
The first delivery of the day is typically the first pickup of the afternoon/evening. All of our rentals are for 6 hrs unless otherwise specified. If we only have a couple of deliveries on your date, we may be able to leave the unit longer. Typically we deliver between 8am-11am and pickup between 4pm-7pm depending on what time of the year it is and when it gets dark.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
All of our units are capable of having adults on them.
Do you offer discounts?
We do offer a discount if multiple units are rented at one location.
